CLIENT OPERATIONS CLERK

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable service to customers and clients.
  • Complete application forms where necessary and manage clients' contracts.
  • Handle client enrollments under supervision and as directed by the Operations Analysts.
  • Prepare and mail welcome kits, invoices, and collection letters, etc.
  • Promote and represent the company's offerings in a positive manner.
  • Backup customer care team

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluent in English.
  • Natural ability to establish rapport with people over the telephone.
  • Good listening skills.
  • Basic knowledge of the sales market, preferred
  • 2-3 years of clerical experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Working knowledge of Microsoft Access is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
  • The ability to work with little supervision.

TEAM LEADERS

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sell advertising contracts to residential or small commercial business.
  • Lead and manage a team of approximately 4-6 Sales Agents who will promote the company’s offerings in a positive manner.
  • Administer the company’s infield-training program to new agents.
  • Accountable for the performance of the agents, meeting overall sales targets for their territory, as well as quality delivery of the company’s training programs.
  • Conduct team-meetings and report to the Regional Sales Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in door-to-door sales or telemarketing.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Proven sales performance, high energy and highly motivated individual with
    a strong focus in customer service.
  • Experience directly managing and leading a team of sales professionals.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and an ability to work with little supervision.
  • Ability to produce daily sales reports and territory coverage tracking.
  • Previous experience with performance-management and reviews.
  • Valid driver’s license. Suitable vehicle and the ability to travel, occasionally.
  • Basic computing skills.
  • Motivated by earnings potential tied directly to performance.
