Elder
Care and Support Services is available to those families
who can no longer provide these services for their
elderly loved ones.
ELDER CARE AND SUPPORT is provided for those
persons:
- Awaiting
placements into nursing homes.
- Require
24-hours monitoring.
- Prefer to
spend the rest of their days being cared for in
the comfort and privacy of their own home.
ELDER
CARE AND SUPPORT
include the services of caring companion who provide:
- Home-making
and meal preparation.
- Support
with administering medication and other personal
situations.
- Transportation
to medical and other appointments.
- Arrangement
for volunteering and other community services
such as:
- Friendly
visits from others including children and teens;
