FLAT-FEE SERVICE: CMC'S Flat Fee, listing system was created by CMC, in cooperation with a group of Real Estate agents who saw the need for a service that allowed home owners to sell their property without having to pay a full real estate commission (In Alberta, most real estate offices charge 7% on the first $100,000.00 and 3% on the balance of the sale price). HOW OUR FLAT-FEE SYSTEM WORKS: In a real estate transaction, a CMC affiliate lists your property using the MLS system.
