Genesis 26

  1. So Isaac dwelt in Gerar.
  2. And the men of the place asked him about his wife.  And he said, "She is my sister;" for he was afraid to say, "She is my wife," because he thought, "lest the men of the place should kill me for Rebekah, because she is beautiful to behold."  (Gen. 12:13)
  3. Then Isaac sowed in that land, and reaped in the same year a hundredfold; and the Lord blessed him.  (Gen. 24:1;   Prov. 10:22;   Matt. 13:8)
