- And it came to pass, as He was
praying
in a certain place, when He ceased, that one of His disciples said to
Him, "Lord, teach us to pray, as John also taught his disciples."
- So He said to them, "When you
pray, say:
Our Father in heaven,
Hallowed be Your name.

- So He told a parable to those who
were invited, when He noted how they chose the best places, saying to
them:
- "When you are invited by anyone
to a wedding feast, do not sit down in the best place, lest one more
honourable than
you be invited by him;
