Psalm

Psalm

1. The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.  (Gen. 49:24;   Is. 40:11)
2. He makes me to lie down in green pastures;  (Ezek. 34:14)
   He leads me beside the still waters.
3. He restores my soul;
   He leads me in the paths of righteousness (Ps. 5:8;   Ps. 31:3)
   for His name's sake.
4. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
   (Job 3:5;   Job 10:21&22;   Job 24:17)
   I will fear no evil;  (Ps. 3:6;   Ps. 27:1)
   For You are with me;
   Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.
   (Job. 13:15;   Ps. 44:19;   Prov. 10:9;   Is. 43:2)
5. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies;
   You anoint my head with oil;
   (Job 36:16;   Ps. 92:10;   Ps. 104:15)
   My cup runs over.
6. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me
   All the days of my life;
   And I will dwell in the house of the Lord
   Forever.    *!*
