  1. Praise the Lord!
    Sing to the Lord a new song,  (Ps. 33:3)  and His praise in the congregation of saints.
  2. Let Israel rejoice in their Maker;
    Let the children of Zion be joyful in their King.
  8. To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron;  (Is. 45:14)
  9. To execute on them the written judgment - -
    this honour have all His saints.  (Deut. 7:1;   1 Cor. 6:2)
    Praise the Lord!
